for 1961, 27 1/2in. nitro barrels with 6mm ventilated matt top-rib, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and 1/4 choke, hold-open toplever, automatic safety with integral barrel selector switch, gold-inlaid 'O', 'U', and 'S' details, partial acanthus scroll engraving surrounding scenes of capercaillie, partridge and pheasant, signed 'Cargnel', silver finish, 14 1/4in. figured roachbelly stock including 7/8in. rubber recoil pad, weight 6lb. 15oz.
